Mobile app (Android)
The policy below covers the desktop apps purchased through LemonSqueezy (with the 14-day free trial). The Android app is different:
- It is sold as a one-time purchase through the Google Play Store and has no free trial.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play, under Google Play's refund policy. Request a refund from the Google Play Store or your Google account.
- Because Google is the seller for the Android purchase, we cannot issue its refunds ourselves. If you hit a technical problem, email us at neurocontrarian@gmail.com and we'll help.
Try the 14-day free trial first
Every Pro feature is unlocked during the 14-day free trial — no card, no email required. The trial is your evaluation period: please try Commandeck Pro thoroughly before buying.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
We want you to feel confident. Because you can try every Pro feature for free during the trial before paying, purchases are generally final — but if Commandeck Pro genuinely doesn't work as described and we can't make it right, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund.
EU customers — your statutory rights
Commandeck Pro is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase. Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83, you may be asked to waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period at checkout in order to access the product right away. Our voluntary 14-day refund policy applies regardless of that waiver and is at least as generous as the statutory minimum.
How to request a refund
Email neurocontrarian@gmail.com with:
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order number (from your LemonSqueezy receipt)
We process refunds within 48 business hours.
After a refund
Your Pro license key is deactivated and Pro features are no longer accessible. Your buttons and configuration are kept — you retain full access to the free tier.
One refund per customer
To keep Commandeck Pro available at a fair price for everyone, refunds are limited to one per customer. Customers who have received a refund are welcome to repurchase after a 90-day waiting period.
If you experienced a technical issue or billing error, please reach out before requesting a refund — we're happy to help resolve the problem directly.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time, at our sole discretion. The policy in effect at the date of your purchase governs your refund eligibility — future modifications do not affect transactions already completed.
